Ouranioi Co. Ltd. is a European aviation maintenance organisation based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company is developing a new-build heavy maintenance facility at Paphos International Airport, designed for narrow-body commercial aircraft and with capability to support selected wide-body programmes.
Ouranioi is structured from the outset to operate with disciplined governance, OEM-aligned processes, modern digital systems, and a strong technical foundation. The project is implemented in close coordination with the Cyprus Department of Civil Aviation, Eurocontrol, Airbus Consulting, and the airport operator Hermes Airports.

The Paphos Heavy Maintenance Complex has been designed in accordance with EASA, ICAO and IATA principles, and in coordination with Airbus Consulting on OEM-aligned processes.
Phase 1 delivers a 93 × 93 metre single-span hangar with 20 m internal clearance — accommodating up to five narrow-body bays, or mixed-fleet layouts including wide-body tail clearance. A planned Phase 2 expansion adds an equivalent second hangar, taking total capacity to ten narrow-body bays.

Founding leadership brings more than 100 years of experience managing large-scale assets, complex operational environments and multi-disciplinary teams across maritime, offshore and aviation sectors – with a track record of delivering specialised infrastructure projects for government and commercial clients.
Technical leadership carries deep commercial aviation experience, including senior responsibility for fleet-level narrow-body heavy maintenance oversight and the establishment of major European base maintenance operations. More than three decades of hangar management and large-fleet engineering experience across Europe and the wider Middle East.
