A new standard in European aviation maintenance.

Ouranioi is a new-build heavy maintenance facility at Paphos International Airport, Cyprus – purpose-designed for narrow-body commercial aircraft, with capability to support selected wide-body programmes.

Operations commence September 2027.

About the project

A purpose-built maintenance facility for the European market.

One of the few remaining greenfield MRO development opportunities within the European Union.

Ouranioi Co. Ltd. is a European aviation maintenance organisation based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company is developing a new-build heavy maintenance facility at Paphos International Airport, designed for narrow-body commercial aircraft and with capability to support selected wide-body programmes.

Ouranioi is structured from the outset to operate with disciplined governance, OEM-aligned processes, modern digital systems, and a strong technical foundation. The project is implemented in close coordination with the Cyprus Department of Civil Aviation, Eurocontrol, Airbus Consulting, and the airport operator Hermes Airports.
